Please note that additional features may be shown in some pictures, so make sure to refer to the product descriptions for each article. Also note that the color of the product may differ between various advices and resolution of their screens.

The prices listed are inclusive of VAT (25%). Online Payment are through PayPal or bank transfer. If you are under 18 years of age, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required to make a purchase.
In cases where invoices are not paid by the due date, interest will be charged at the reference rate plus 9.00% and a reminder fee of 100 DKK will also be charged.
Shipping Danish postal services (Post Danmark) are used for transportation of letters and parcels and we follow the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59). Information about current shipping prices is available on this webpage and this is automatically added to the price when you order products from our online store.
Delivery time and cost
We ship everything from our stock in Copenhagen, Denmark. Delivery time is 2-5 working days and we use Post Danmark for delivery outside of Denmark. For special designed products, such as designing your own browband, delivery time will depend on the stock level of the specific colours and models. In this case delivery time can be up to 4 weeks.
The exact shipping cost will be shown in the checkout, before you pay. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Denmark that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Out of stock
Occasionally stocks run out (colors, sizes, models). Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to wait until stocks can be shipped or to cancel your order. We operate an open return policy, which states that consumers are entitled to cancel their purchase without cause within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods are returned at the purchaser’s expense. Only unused products may be returned. If a product that is sent back to us for exchange / return is used, we will send the product back to the customer with an invoice of 15 Euro for return shipping / adminsitration. It is very important that the product is not used for replacement / return and that all tags, velcro and plastic (for leather products) will be attachted on the product.

If a product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to rectify the error. The simplest way to do this is to return the product to us together with the shipping label and details of the problem.
INNRIDER are not responsible for any accident that might occur in connection with the use of our products. Remember that leather is a living material and may stain the saddle pad / breeches and the like..
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, lack of delivery from suppliers, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the agreements and commitments on our site, which allows us not to honour that agreement / pledge shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
